Winnersh Parish Council is looking for sponsors and raffle prizes for this year’s Winnersh Summer Fete.
The Fete will be held on Saturday 15th June between 1pm-4.30pm on Bearwood Recreation Ground. The fete is an annual event run by the Parish Council where there are stalls from a variety of local groups, charities and businesses, refreshments from St Mary’s Church, a BBQ from 1st Winnersh Scouts, an arena display of events, music from Saxcelerate, ice cream, candy floss and much more!
There are three types of sponsorship available:
Gold sponsorship package £300 (+vat)
- Only three exclusive packages available.
- Your logo on the front page of our fete flyers in Winnersh Parish area and on posters for the fete.
- Acknowledgement in the Fete edition of the Winnersh Matters e-newsletter.
- Acknowledgement on the Winnersh Parish web site.
- Stall space for your corporate promotion at the fete.
- Sponsorship of an event in the main arena with your two banners placed in the arena surround.
- A representative from your company to help draw the fete raffle in the arena (if you wish).
Silver sponsorship package £150 (+vat)
- Only six packages available
- Your company logo on the back page of our fete flyers in Winnersh Parish area) and on posters for the fete.
- Acknowledgement in the Fete edition of Winnersh Matters e-newsletter.
- Acknowledgement on the Winnersh Parish website.
- Stall space for your corporate promotion at the fete.
- Sponsorship of an event in the main arena with your two banners placed in the arena surround.
Bronze sponsorship package £75 (+vat)
- Your company logo on the back page of our fete flyers
- Acknowledgement on the Winnersh Parish website.
- Your two banners placed in the arena surround.
